About C.R. Chisholm
Estate planning attorney serving Northeast Georgia families
A Trusted Advocate for Georgia Families
After representing the State of Georgia as a prosecutor in the Athens-Clarke County Solicitor-General's Office for over 20 years, C.R. Chisholm has dedicated his practice to estate planning and administration, with an emphasis on elder law and Medicaid trust planning.
C.R.'s approach is personal. He takes the time to get to know each client, understand what's important to them, and develop an estate plan that achieves their goals while providing peace of mind. Whether it's a will, trust, healthcare directive, power of attorney, or a combination of services, every plan is tailored — never a template.
A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, C.R. has called Athens home since 1999. He lives in the community with his wife Amy and their sons Thomas and George.
